Hornet Pro is operated by 7Sync Media. This policy explains how we handle information when you or your team use the Hornet Pro inbox, WhatsApp Cloud, Messenger, Instagram, and web chat products.
Workspace account details (name, email, organization), connected channel metadata (WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, page IDs), and messages you send or receive through those channels so we can deliver the inbox, automations, templates, and broadcasts you configure.
When you complete Meta Embedded Signup, Meta shares a short-lived code and the WhatsApp assets you grant (Messaging account / WABA, business phone number). We exchange that code for a business token, subscribe your WABA to Hornet Pro webhooks, and store those IDs per workspace. We do not sell this data. You can disconnect a channel from Dashboard → Connected Accounts at any time.
For access, correction, or deletion, use the in-app settings or email the workspace owner. Meta user-data deletion requests are described on the Data deletion page.
